GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OFFERS

1. All the fabrics of our collection are usually available in stock, anyhow when placing the order it will be our aim to inform you about availability or lead time. We are not liable for any delay due to force majeure or transport service, so as a consequence of these facts we cannot accept any complaint or order cancellation.
2. Fabric description in this price list is purely indicative. Erre Erre Diffusion S.r.l. reserves the right to change the features of its products without prior notice.
3. Color variations from batch to batch are inevitable, the same applies to samples and goods ready in stock, especially when it comes to natural fibers, velvets and chenille.
4. Color fastness to light is tested on our fabrics to determine how much the color will fade when exposed to a known light source, anyhow particular weather conditions or improper exposure to sunlight or halogen lamps can cause fading that cannot be attributed to dyeing quality.
5. Fabrics made of natural fibers , viscose included , absorb humidity and as a result they shorten and lengthen. For this reason 3% variation both in width and length is considered to be normal, the same goes for  vertical and horizontal repeats mentioned in our price list and in our sample label. Such variation can reach 5% in case of calendered and moiré fabrics, so we kindly ask you to take this into account when calculating the meters to be ordered, particularly if you need the fabric to be used for curtains or wall-covering. If fabrics have to be applied to walls we recommend you to install them in adequately humidified rooms. We decline any responsibility in the event of non-compliance with our recommendations.
6. Little imperfections or minor flaws of the fabrics (i.e. color shades, lumps and thickness variations) are intrinsic features of natural fibers and so cannot be subject of complaints.
7. We recommend you to carefully check weight and package and complain to the forwarder in case of loss of damage; please also check each fabric before using it, even when shipped directly to manufacturer/third party. Should you make a complaint please do not cut the goods and immediately get in touch with our customer service. Any kind of complaints must be sent to us in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods and it must refer to Not Cut and Not Manufactured fabric. In no case we will accept return of goods that have been manufactured, we will be compelled to send them back to you and any request of reimbursement for processing costs and damages will be totally rejected.  Return of goods is accepted only prior to our written authorization and at your own charge.
8. Orders of customized items cannot be canceled
9. In case of any delay in payment all penalties and commercial interests will be charged to your account. Payment is to be intended as realising if made for the full total amount of the invoice. We do not accept deductions or discount unless expressly agreed.
10. Any incorrect usage or reproduction of our logos and marks is to be considered as prohibited.
As required by applicable law you cannot use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or exploit our intellectual property without our prior consent in writing.
11. Our  offers are to be intended without commitment and  subject to prior sale. Orders will become definitive only  with our  written confirmation.
12. We will quote prices agreed upon acceptance of the order.
    Quoted prices are non-binding for next supplies.
13. The  goods travel at risk of the buyer, even if sold carriage free.  Without express request from you the goods are not insured.
